Instructions
Blend the Tomato Mixture:
In a blender, combine the tomatoes, bell peppers, scotch bonnet peppers, onion, ginger, and garlic. Blend until it’s smooth.

In a big pot, heat the oil over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion until it becomes fragrant and tender.
